②Initial diagnosis video

According to the requirements of the first step, after completing all the inspections, submit the inspection report and fill in the initial questionnaire (the initial questionnaire will be sent to you by our case managers), also need to provide the first page of the passport.

When all the files are ready, our case managers will arranged an Initial diagnosis video with IVF attending physician. If you need a diagnosis video with genetics laboratory or Andrology doctor，our case managers also will help you to arrange this schedule.
