①Basic Physical Examination

There are no specific requirements for the hospital to be inspected, as long as the qualification is qualified. Generally, 3 Grade Class A Hospital, special maternal and child health care hospitals, or reproductive hospitals are OK. The items requiring physical examination are as follows

For Female：

1. Initial questionnaire

2. B-ultrasound
1. Pre-Cycle Ultrasound for Uterine Assessment( If you don’t get pregnant by yourself, you can skip this test)
Evaluate and confirm whether there are uterine conditions such as hysteromyoma or endometriosis.The report should describe the size, shape, location and endometrial thickness of the uterus.
2、Pre-Cycle Ultrasound for Antral Follicle Count
Please provide representative pictures of the left and right ovaries，describe the size, shape and location of ovary, whether there is mass or cyst, etc. Also pls let the doctor to count the specific number of basic follicles in the left and right ovaries, which should be accurate to the left and right.
3.Sex hormone blood test content (day3 labs)( Need check it on the second and third days of menstruation, and it is required to send it at the first time)
1. Follicle stimulating hormone FSH
2. Luteinizing hormone LH
3. Estradiol E2
4. Testosterone
5. Progesterone
6. Prolactin
(the above six items are generally referred to as six items of sex hormones, which are examined together in most hospitals. Note that these six items must be done on the second and third days of the period. For example, if you come to the period on the 1st, you will go to the hospital to take blood for this examination on the 2nd and 3rd)
7. Anti-Müllerian Hormone( AMH)
8. Vitamin D (VD)
9. Thyrotropin(TSH)

Noted：
Sex hormone blood examination need to be done on the second and third days of the menstrual cycle, B-ultrasound can be checked together with sex hormone blood test, also can be completed in the half of the menstrual cycle.
Sexually transmitted diseases Inspection items:
1. Human immunodeficiency virus antibody type I, type II – HIV 1 / 2
2. Hepatitis B surface antigen -HBsAg
3. Hepatitis B core antibody -HBcAb
4. Hepatitis C Antibody
5. Syphilis examination RPR-FTA (Syphillis)
6. GCAptimaPCR (can be completed by urine or secretion)
7. Chlamydia Aptima PCR (can be completed by urine or secretion)
8. CMV IgM and CMV IgG
9. Rubella
10. Varicella
Most of the above items are checked by blood test in China，However, chlamydia and gonorrhea are usually examined by taking secretion samples.

For Male：

1. Semen analysis (it is better to abstain for 2-5 days before the test) (it is required to be delivered at the first time)
2. Hepatitis B surface antigen -HBsAg
3. Hepatitis B core antibody -HBcAb
4. Hepatitis C Antibody
5. Human immunodeficiency virus antibody type I and type II— HIV
6. PRR-FTA （Syphillis）
7. Chlamydia Aptima PCR (can be completed by urine or secretion)

8. Human T-cell leukemia virus type I and type II antibody —HTLV 1 / 2 (if it cannot be completed in China, it can be supplemented after coming to the US).
9. CMV IgM and CMV IgG
10. GC Aptima PCR(can be completed by urine or secretion)

All the above inspections must be completed before going to the US. Otherwise, the inspection results may be unqualified, resulting in the failure to complete the cycle on time after going to the US.
