A common challenge everyone faces: the limited “fertility window”

Many couples find it challenging to conceive, and this is completely normal because there are only a few days in a woman’s menstrual cycle when she can conceive. These few days are known as the “fertility window,” and since this period is so brief, it naturally makes conception more difficult.

If conception is challenging, it may indicate issues with the following key factors:

  • Healthy egg cells
  • Healthy sperm
  • Unobstructed fallopian tubes—so that sperm can meet the egg
  • Fertilization—where a quality sperm fertilizes the egg
  • Implantation in the uterus—only an embryo with developmental potential can implant in the uterus
