1、 Brief description of IVF process

First of all, to make a basic physical examination in the domestic 3a-grade hospital, and then send the report to us for initial diagnosis to American doctors, at the same time, I will make an video appointment for you.
After the video, the doctor will customize your medical cycle and send it to your email.

You can book the ticket to the US according to the schedule. Before going to the US , you need to use medicine according to the cycle requirements. After going to the US, you need to take injections on the second day of menstruation, continue injections about 8-9 days. After all indicators are qualified ,then you can inject the human chorionic gonadotrophin，egg retrieval, cultured Blastocysts, PGS screening, fresh embryo or frozen embryo transfer, and have a pregnancy test after 12 days. Finally, you can successfully return home!

2、Inspection item requirements

Female：

•  FSH、 LH、 E2、 P 、T 、PRL inspection (on the 2nd and 3rd day of menstruation)
• Vagina ultrasound (It can be done at any time, mainly by looking at the size of follicles and measuring the number of follicles in the ovary)
• AMH inspection (can be done at any time)
• Inspection of sexually transmitted diseases

Male：

• Semen analysis
• Inspection of sexually transmitted diseases

The inspection report within nearly two months issued by domestic 3a-grade hospital is required. If it is confirmed that there is no problem with male semen, only the relevant inspection report of women can be provided, and the specific test contents shall be subject to the domestic test items.

3. Submit the relevant inspection report to the American clinic, Chinese nurses with communicate with customers, and establish archives.

4. Diagnosis video
Issue the diagnosis and treatment plan within 1-2 days after providing the report, evaluate the success rate, and determine whether further video diagnosis with experts if needed.

5、 Application procedures for going to the US

(1). Visa: it can be handled by yourself or assisted by the visa commissioner, the cost is 500RMB per person . If you want us provide you with room and transportation services， the Visa fee is free, and charge 500USD for the room reservation deposit. If the customer cannot obtain a visa under special circumstances, the American clinic can send a “medical invitation”.

(2). Schedule of going to the US

Female ：

• A person whose menstrual cycle is very accurate：
  Generally, you can arrive within 3-5 days before the menstrual cycle, but in order to prevent accidents, it is recommended to arrive in the US one week before the menstrual cycle.
• A person whose menstrual cycle is Irregular: under 35 or with good ovarian function, take oral contraceptives (Marvelon) for 10-21 days from the second day of menstruation to adjust the menstrual cycle. If over 35 years old or those with poor ovarian function should take 7-10 day contraceptives (Marvelon) to adjust their menstrual cycle. Every one is different, need to according the doctors’ requirements.

Male : After Inspection, If it is confirmed that their sperm is good, which can ensure effective pregnancy. Generally, they can return home after extracting semen.

6. Estimated time stay in the US
From the IVF treatment to PGS/PGD, about 50 days.

7. Return home after pregnancy test
12 days after embryo transfer, provide pregnancy testing services, pregnant happily in Goodivf and return home at ease.

In the process of pregnancy, if you have any questions, you can contact us or US doctors directly, and we will continue to follow up and ensure baby delivery.
